Oz Burkaz dried Fuits is one of Turkey’s leading firms in the dried fruit sector. Our managing partners have more than 15 years of experience. Our operations are conducted in our 4.700 m² fully equipped facility in Kosk, located in the Aydın province, which has the highest yield of fig production in Turkey.

Our annual production capacity is 1.250 tonnes in conventional dried fig, We also produce 250 tonnes of dried apricot and 600 tonnes Fresh Chestnuts ( Marron & Castagne) every year.

Our main markets are France, Portugal, Spain & Italy for a long time and started last years with Japan, China & Hong Kong. Our goods are well known in European Community as high-quality product.
